HOW TO ENTER
Eligibility Requirements – please read carefully
To be eligible to enter, individuals must:
be an Australian or New Zealand resident
be over 18 years of age
AND register for the United We Ride event at www.unitedweride.global between 9:00am AEST June 22 2026 and 6:00pm AEST Sept 12 2026
To enter:
Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, visit www.unitedweride.global and register for the United We Ride event by completing and submitting the online registration form and paying the $20 (AUD for Australian entrants/NZD for New Zealand entrants) initial donation amount.
All entrants must complete the online registration form and provide their first and last name, address, daytime contact number, date of birth and email address.
Entries submitted after 6:00pm AEST Sept 12 2026 will not be accepted.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Registration for the United We Ride event and participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter is Harley-Davidson Australia Pty Limited (ABN 83 098 483 259) of 1 Sirius Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066 (Postal Address: PO Box 133, North Ryde NSW 1670).
Entry is only open to individuals who meet the Eligibility Requirements and comply with the entry instructions described in these Terms and Conditions. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating dealers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin. Persons reporting regularly to the Promoter, sponsors or advertisers under a contract of service and who, by the nature of the service they render may have a direct and personal knowledge of the Promotion are likewise ineligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is fraudulent or not otherwise in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or any relevant law, or who tampers with the entry process. Each entrant consents to the Promoter exercising its rights under this clause by their entry into the Promotion.
Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries may be deemed invalid. For example, entries which do not include the entrant's name, address, daytime contact number, and email address, will not be accepted.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person (whether entering individually or as part of a team).
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Promotion starts at 9:00am AEST on 22 June 2026 and ends at 6:00pm AEST on 12 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
This is a game of skill competition where individuals or teams compete to raise the highest dollar amount in donations during the Promotion Period for [The Salvation Army Australia] (64 472 238 844 (The Trustee for The Salvation Army (Victoria) Property Trust) or [The Salvation Army New Zealand - Charity Registration No: CC37312 Business Number: 9429042739890] ( Entrants will be required to make an initial donation on registration of $20 in the entrant’s local currency, which will count towards the total amount raised by them. Following registration, entrants are free to continue to raise funds against their individual (or team) profile.
All donations (including the initial donation amount) are processed via Stripe [Stripe Payments Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 66 160 180 343) a third-party payment platform, and are distributed directly to [The Salvation Army Australia] or [The Salvation Army New Zealand] (as applicable). The United We Ride website and online platform is managed by Drive Impact Pty Ltd (ABN 53 695 767 885) (“DIPL”). Entrants may be required to comply with additional terms and conditions of [Stripe] and DIPL. A portion of funds donated of up to 10% may be retained by DIPL to cover platform administration and management costs.
The Promoter does not receive or hold funds donated by entrants at any point.
There are 3 individual prizes and 1 team prize available in this competition. The highest dollar amount raised during the Promotion Period in the applicable local currency will dictate the winners of the prizes. In the event of a tie, the winner(s) will be determined based on which individual (or team) profile was registered first.
The entries will be reviewed and judged at the Promoter's premises at 1A Sirius Road, Lane Cove NSW 2066 on 14/9/2026 by a panel of judges according to the criteria in clause 9. The winners will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. However, if the Promoter has not been able to contact a winner after making three attempts or by 22/9/2026, whichever is later, the prize will be forfeited by that person (or team) and awarded instead to the person (or team) who was judged to have the next highest total donation amount in accordance with the prize category being awarded. This person will be notified by telephone, email and/or mail. If, despite its reasonable efforts, the Promoter is not able to contact the person (or team) who submitted the next highest total donation amount for the prize category on or before 30/9/2026, the prize will be forfeited and will not be re-offered.
The Individual prize pool comprises of:
1st prize:
a) Harley-Davidson® HDX 350S motorcycle;
b) Double High-Octane Corporate pass – MotoGP event;
c) Quad Lock voucher $300 AUD;
d) Michelin Front & Rear motorcycle tyres; and
e) Allianz Harley Assist Roadside – 2 years.
2nd prize:
a) $500 AUD Harley-Davidson® instore voucher;
b) 2 x 3-day General Admission tickets – MotoGP event;
c) Quad Lock voucher $200 AUD;
d) Michelin Front & Rear motorcycle tyres; and
e) Allianz Harley Assist Roadside – 1 year.
3rd prize:
a) $250 AUD Harley-Davidson® instore voucher;
b) 2 x 3-day General Admission tickets – MotoGP event;
c) Quad Lock $100 AUD voucher;
d) Michelin Front & Rear motorcycle tyres; and
e) Allianz Harley Assist Roadside – 6 months
Team prize:
a) $2,000 AUD in Harley-Davidson® instore vouchers ($100 each);
b) 10 x $150 AUD Quad Lock Vouchers; and
c) team name on United We Ride Perpetual Trophy for 12 months.
The total prize pool value is approximately $20,000 AUD (RRP).
All taxes (excluding GST) which may be payable as a consequence of receiving the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
The winner of the individual 1st prize must collect the HDX 350S motorcycle prize from the nearest Harley-Davidson dealership by 14/11/2026. The Promoter is not responsible for the delivery of the prize to the prize winner.
The winner of the individual 1st prize accepts all risks associated with accepting and using the prize and will be responsible for complying with all laws relating to use of the prize, including licence requirements.
This Promotion and some of the prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of third party suppliers. The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any entrant as a result of the conduct of third party suppliers, except for any loss, damage or injury which is due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Promoter or which otherwise cannot be excluded by law.
If a prize (or any part of a prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal value and/or specification. Winners will not be entitled to any additional compensation in the event a prize or element of a prize has been substituted at equal or greater value.
A prize, or any unused portion of a prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
The prize winners have rights under the Australian Consumer Law/New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (as applicable) and other similar legislation which cannot be excluded or limited by the Promoter. These rights include statutory guarantees that any goods provided by the Promoter will be of acceptable quality and fit for purpose, and that any services provided by the Promoter will be rendered with due care and skill. These Terms and Conditions do not, and do not intend to, exclude or limit those statutory rights in any way. However, to the extent that it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, under laws other than the Australian Consumer Law/New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (as applicable) regarding the quality or suitability of the prizes awarded as part of this Promotion and will not be responsible for breach of any such representations or warranties.
The Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) will not be responsible for any:
a) personal injury;
b) loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, profits, goodwill or business revenues, and any other special, indirect or consequential losses), arising in any way out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, injury, loss or damage which arises as a result of any of the following:
i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
ii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
iii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference which impacts on the conduct of the Promotion and is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
iv) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, stolen, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
v) any variation in the prize to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
vi) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or,
vii) use of a prize,
except to the extent that such injury, loss or damage is due to the negligence or willful misconduct of the Promoter, or otherwise cannot be excluded by law as referred to in clause 23 above.
The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes. Entry is conditional on providing this information. By entering this Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may:
a) use the entrant's personal information to conduct the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including to send electronic messages to or telephone the entrant; and
b) disclose the entrant's personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.
Entrants may access the personal information the Promoter holds about them, and should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter at its address set out in clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions. Entrants can obtain a copy of the Promoter's Privacy Policy at www.harley-davidson.com or by contacting the Promoter via the postal address provided in clause 2 above. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Participation in the Promotion constitutes a prize-winner’s consent to the Promoter’s use of the prize-winner’s name, likeness and opinions (including without limitation footage of the winner's receipt and use of the prize) on the Promoter's website or otherwise for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any fee being paid by the Promoter. The prize winner agrees to sign any further documentation required by the Promoter to give effect to this arrangement, as a precondition to being awarded the prize.
Any cancellation or modification to the Promotion will be notified on the Promoter's website at www.harley-davidson.com. A copy of these Terms and Conditions and prize details can also be obtained from that site.
If part or all of any clause of these Terms and Conditions is unenforceable, it will be severed, and the balance of these Terms and Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
For Australian entrants, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
For New Zealand entrants, these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand and each entrant agrees to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
The Promoter's or an entrant's failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions will not restrict the relevant party from enforcing that or any other provision at a later time.
PLATFORM PROVIDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
United We Ride is operated by Harley-Davidson Australia Pty Ltd and supported by an online platform provided by Drive Impact Pty Ltd.
Drive Impact Pty Ltd provides the technology used for registrations, donations, fundraising pages, event administration, communications, reporting and related support services.
To help cover the cost of operating and maintaining the platform, Drive Impact Pty Ltd may deduct a platform fee from donations made through the United We Ride platform. This fee will not exceed 10% of any donation.
The remaining donation amount, after deduction of any applicable platform fee and payment processing costs, will be provided to the nominated charity partner or beneficiary, subject to any refunds, chargebacks or administrative adjustments.
By registering, fundraising or donating through the United We Ride platform, you acknowledge and agree that Drive Impact Pty Ltd may deduct this platform fee.
Drive Impact Pty Ltd is the platform provider only. United We Ride remains operated by Harley-Davidson Australia Pty Ltd.
